My goodness what a dining experience customer service was extremely poor and rude meals came out incorrect are poached eggs were actually hard boiled eggs. Once we have complained that our poached eggs were actually hard boiled eggs the waitress just took our plates away without informing us and then we turned our place with new eggs but unfortunately the meal was Cold by that point of time. After the meal we used their bathroom unfortunately we couldn't use their bathroom considering the toilets were not attached the wall the patrons before us fell off the toilet because the seats aren't attached the bowl to make things worse the person prior the person prior to us using the toilet did not have any toilet paper. I suppose it would make sense to have have to go to the toilet after such an appalling meal. But on a Highpoint coffee was exceptional
Delicious coffee - excellent service
Great service, food, atmosphere
Fabulous food fabulous staff.Pleasant sitting outside, talking and eating.Though was envious of next doors gas heaters.
My experience is based on a visit with a Groupon coupon, and it wasn't good. Awful wine and the desert looked like it's been taken from someone's leftovers. I hope they get better. Descreet food, though.
Half decent service. Daytime visit so not much atmosphere. Salami and olive linguine we ordered actually came out as salami and mushroom but it was nice! The Adelaide Hills glass of sav blanc was good though.
Nice place for breakfast. The service is good, staff are friendly. The menu is good with nice viraiety. The coffee is ok and they have some good juice options. I would go here again.
Had a sad/bad experience with their $23 Caesar salad: strange looking and tasting dressing, not fresh lettuce, big, soaked in oil croutons, one hard boiled egg (kind of poached) and humongous pieces of chicken/rubber breast. Doubt there was bacon in the salad, looked like a ham. Waste of money and time (waited for 15-20 minutes, even though they‘ve told me that there were no orders for the kitchen except of mine).
Friendly staff, child friendly and a good set of breakfast options. We had the poached egg with haloumi and the eggs atlantic which were both good.
Ham and cheese toast was super dry. Bad quality ingredients and cooking. Coffe tasted like burnt
Good for a quick lunch meal. Friendly staff and the service was really quick. Food was fresh and portions were enough that it didn't leave you wanting more.
My local. Nice food, fresh and always served with a smile.
I go here everyday for coffee, often lunch, and occasional happy hour drinks on Thursday nights. Very friendly staff, excellent coffee, excellent food.
Customer service is always rude. Portion size is a little too big but very lovely food.

Authentic Italian Cuisene with Friendly Service. The Lunch Special ( Roast Vege Salad ) was sensational ! My "Brunch" becane a 2 coarse meal as I folled up with the Spaghetti Bolognaise ! The Vino included made for Gr8 Holiday Dining 👍👍

Nice Eggs Benedict
Went here on the weekend after my boyfriend booked a three course meal for two through a Groupon deal. My first impressions of the restaurant was that it could use a little more atmosphere, the restaurant featured plain white walls and floor and the seating was quite basic - a few flowers or decorations would make such a difference. There was also no music playing which made it feel like we were sitting inside a cafeteria. We ordered the trio of dips for starters which was delicious. For our mains we ordered a calamari salad and a porterhouse steak, which was served with mushroom sauce. The waitress didn't ask us how we would like it cooked and the restaurant seemed reluctant at first to offer any alternatives for the sauce as we don't like mushrooms. We got the waitresses attention after and asked for our steak to be cooked well done. The steak came out extremely rare and our alternative 'Diane' sauce was extremely oily and had a strange taste. I also ordered a shiraz which was very vinegary tasting and i believe it was off. The calamari salad was very nice.I think our experience was quite disappointing which is a shame as I think it has the potential to do very well, especially on Lygon street. Some music and decorations and a bit of training on quality of service will do the restaurant a world of good.
So amazing I have had a lot of food but this was just perfect, perfect size and taste 11 out of 10
Great service and fantastic food! Portion is very generous and yummy. Definitely will go back 😍😍😍
