Generally don't review but can't resist my self about this Awesome Newsagency in Melbourne. Always full with variety of stationery, beautiful pens & year Diaries to gift or for collection. Yeah great skills of customer service Manu & Kiran. Must visit store.

Extremely helpful management, great customer service, wish I could provide more stars. I don’t usually review things but I felt compelled to review this place as somehow they always remember me and are super lovely. They’re turning it up to 11 and this patron appreciates it. All thumbs up.

First time been there for printing but ended up with beautiful PILOT FOUNTAIN PEN ,Journals and 2019 diary, love it. Carlton Newsagency got lot of variety of stationery and other stuff too. They have literally everything.Staff or owner ( Manu & Kiran) got great customer service skills always good and ready to help. Highly recommended !

Went in this morning to purchase Queen tickets only to find out only Telstra customers had presale access. I was quite upset and he helped me through the process, signed me up, verified an account for me, all whilst having other customers come in. After much fear of not getting our tickets, he managed to get all the tickets exactly where we wanted them. Manu was very helpful and didn't hesitate to help me all the way til the end. Thank you once again, you have made 13 Queen fans very happy, much appreciated keep up the good work!!!

Carlton Newsagency couldn't have been more helpful with regards to the delivery of a new laptop to my son. I live in the UK and my son is in Melbourne so sorting out all the photo ID's etc wasn't easy, but Carlton were brilliant (but also extremely thorough which was what I'd want) and I now have a very very happy son! Thank you Carlton!

Carlton is very lucky to have Manu and his wife as our local Newsagents. Not only are they always friendly and welcoming but they go above and beyond to help. Manu helps you to navigate the not so user friendly postal system and makes receiving parcels a breeze. Thank you!!!!!!!

Helpful, Friendly and FAST - got my GA tickets no probs!! Forget worrying about logging in to the Ticketek website and missing out on the good tickets before they sell out.
